All of our products are handmade from the start. We cut out all the fabric then sew it all together to create the beautiful pieces you recieve. Our turnaround time is around 25 working days (exlcuding weekends and Bank Holidays)
Please dont worry, our shorts and leggings are designed to fit all shapes and sizes. However, if you let us know at the point of order we may be able to make the legs slightly wider for you. All of our leggings are made from high quality stretchy jersey.
Yes if a item is Faulty. As most of our items are made to order, we dont accept returns unless the item is faulty. If a item is deemed to be faulty we will try to repair or fix first before a refund is given or item replaced. Approximate measurements of our items can be found on our sizing page which will make it easier to select which size. If your unsure we recomend sixing up to allow your little one to grow into it. For Returns please send items back using a tracked service so your parcel is covered should it go missing in the post. Be sure to keep your postage reciept for tracking purposes. For any faulty items or returns please contact us first via email on Enquiries@bayshep.uk so we can process this for you.
If returning a pre made item youve simply changed your mind on this must be returned in its orginal condition and within 28 days and you are responsable for the cost of the postage on the return. Any tags on Pre made items once removed makes them non returnable so please make sure you are happy before removing any tags.
We advise washing all items at no more than 30 Degrees. and leaving to dry on their own. However should you perfer to you can tumble dry on low heat. We do not recomend tumble drying any items which have a vinyl print on them as this can cause the print to loosen. If Ironing an item with a vinyl print we recomending ironing around the area with the print.
Most of our items we are able to go up to an age 10, and we also do a range of adult sizes. If you require anything above age 8, please message us for pricing.
We use Royal Mail for all of our shipping and will give you the choice when you come to order. However please note we do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to orders which are not signed for delivery. We can ship your order worldwide, but please bear in mind that the price will differ from the below prices. First class shipping can be requested for an additional fee.
To place an order please message us on either of our social media pages. Please ensure you know the item and which fabric you would like. We are always happy to discuss an order if you are unsure on something. All of the items we make along with pricing can be found on our pricing page. Once you have done this send us a message to check the fabric is still in stock and we have enough of it to make your order!
If for some reason we cannot make your order we will try to find alternative fabric choice for you.
Some of the fabrics we stock, we often release for pre order before they arrive with us so anyone who has a burning desire for that fabric can reserve their order prior to the fabric arriving with us.
When placing a pre order, we will require a £5 deposit per item, or full payment of the order. You will then have approximately 30 days to make full payment, but please see the individual post's on our social media for an exact date.
We will sometimes have items in stock which are ready to ship. These usually are items we have made up to try the fabric quality so are still brand new! These can be found on out 'Shop' page of the website.
